Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a critical liaison between internal engineering teams and external partners in support of a vital certification program. The successful candidate will manage complex workflows, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure seamless partner experiences throughout onboarding and ongoing program participation. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholder relationships while maintaining program integrity and meeting delivery timelines. The position involves managing submission workflows, resolving technical and process-related issues, and providing analytical insights that drive program success and platform readiness.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with internal engineering teams and external partners to support driver servicing workflows
  • Manage driver submission workflow issues from intake through delivery, including troubleshooting and resolution
  • Coordinate partner onboarding processes and guide partners through required certification procedures
  • Assist with partner suspension reviews and account management activities
  • Track and report on schedules, milestones, and program status to stakeholders and leadership
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation, scope definitions, and functional specifications
  • Provide technical and analytical information to Product Managers and key stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional activities to ensure program milestones are achieved
  • Monitor program execution to ensure delivery within schedule and budget constraints
  • Resolve blockers and coordinate with validation teams to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Review and track partner submission issues and account-related concerns on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of program management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of cross-functional coordination experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with status reporting and tracking tools
  • Experience supporting software or platform programs
  • Experience managing external partner relationships
  • Experience coordinating across engineering and product teams
  • Experience with hardware ecosystems preferred
  • Experience with driver development or validation workflows preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Program management expertise with demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives
  • Cross-functional coordination and collaboration across multiple teams and organizations
  • Proficiency with status reporting and project tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude for understanding software and platform ecosystems
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Documentation creation and maintenance skills
  • Schedule management and milestone tracking
  • Issue resolution and escalation management
Additional Details:
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 5 months
  • Pay Range*: $47.50 - $54 per hour
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
  • Job Status: Non-Exempt
