Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant 2 to support two General Managers. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling expenses, and providing overall team support. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations for all levels of management and external business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and calendars for two General Managers.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Process and manage business expenses efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, as well as department financial, personnel, and facility operations.
  • Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and general office support.
  • Serve as the department/group contact and complete special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative support and assistance.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and expense management.
  • Strong skills in travel coordination and clear communication.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proactive and eager to grow and learn.
  • Ability to provide clear and detailed communication.
  • High School Diploma (required)

Work Environment

This is an onsite position located in Redmond, WA. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with no overtime expected. There is a possibility of extension based on performance and budget. The role requires a professional appearance and demeanor.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
