Summary:
This position offers a unique opportunity to support strategic operations within a high-impact Customer Success organization. The role centers on maintaining and updating comprehensive guidance documentation that influences orchestration strategies for field sellers and ensures alignment across the commercial business. Working closely with full-time employees and cross-functional teams, this individual will be responsible for managing complex reference materials, participating in strategic content discussions, and ensuring consistency across critical business documentation. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and can balance independent document management with collaborative decision-making. This role provides significant exposure to multiple business units and strategic initiatives that shape global sales and delivery processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update complex PowerPoint-based guidance documents that outline processes across all sales stages and customer types
- Ensure formatting consistency and accuracy across large-scale reference materials
- Collaborate one-on-one with full-time employees to align on content updates and strategic direction
- Participate in cross-team meetings to contribute to content decisions and strategic discussions
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple business units to gather input and validate information
- Manage document version control and track changes across evolving guidance materials
- Support the integration of feedback from field sellers and commercial teams into reference documentation
- Present updates and findings to team members and stakeholders as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic business environment
- 5-7 years of professional experience required
- Minimum 2-4 years of demonstrated experience with PowerPoint and formatting consistency
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in dynamic, fast-changing business environments
- Previous experience in commercial teams, sales, or delivery functions strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including complex formatting and document management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across large documents
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of change management processes and principles
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
- Ability to quickly synthesize information from multiple sources
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 6 months
- Pay Range*: $55 - $62.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
