Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive website strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals to support brand messaging, customer engagement, and conversion objectives
- Oversee the creation, curation, and maintenance of website content to ensure it remains current, relevant, and engaging for target audiences
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic while optimizing for AI-driven answer engines through Generative Engine Optimization
- Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights to inform continuous improvement and content evolution
- Enhance website usability and accessibility by conducting regular audits, user testing, and implementing feedback to create seamless and intuitive user journeys
- Coordinate with other marketing channels to ensure cohesive and integrated customer experiences across all digital touchpoints
- Track key performance indicators such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage website projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and deliver customer segmentation and targeting plans to create personalized web experiences
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and engineering teams to obtain, clarify, and verify requirements for new features and capabilities
- Conduct content audits, effectiveness testing, analysis, and reporting to develop strategies that address gaps and opportunities
- Partner with customer journey leads and other digital marketing channel experts on cross-channel journey orchestration
- Lead and participate in pilots to support innovation and improvements in web channel operations
- Serve as a subject matter expert on organic website customer and business insights within the organization
- Share performance updates and strategic recommendations with leaders and business stakeholders to influence investment decisions
- Eight or more years of integrated marketing experience in digital, relationship, social media, campaign, event management, marketing strategy, business planning, or marketing operations
- At least three to four years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role
- Five to seven or more years of deep hands-on experience owning organic web strategy in a B2B environment, including SEO and modern discovery models
- Five to seven or more years of experience using analytics, BI tools, experimentation, and qualitative insights to understand customer behavior and optimize web experiences
- Five to seven or more years of demonstrated experience integrating web with other digital channels to create cohesive customer journeys
- Experience creating executive presentations and white papers
- Experience building campaign strategy within marketing channels and driving execution
- Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines
- Proven track record of working with stakeholders from different organizations and levels
- Continuous tenure in roles demonstrating career progression and stability
- Technology industry experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field
- Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and web development processes with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- AI fluency with ability to integrate AI tools effectively and responsibly into workflows while applying critical judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical and creative thinking with ability to interpret customer problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Customer experience analysis including mapping, measuring, and optimizing touchpoints, channels, and emotions throughout the customer lifecycle
- Customer experience design expertise in creating seamless and memorable customer interactions
- Customer journey mapping skills to visualize and optimize touchpoints customers have with a brand
- B2B marketing expertise with knowledge of modern marketing and marketing automation platforms
- Marketing automation proficiency to streamline marketing tasks and enhance customer experience
- Leadership skills with ability to lead teams and projects, set vision and direction, inspire team members, and foster collaboration and innovation
- Management skills including ability to work independently, organize and delegate tasks, monitor progress, ensure quality, and manage risks
- Digital marketing expertise including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, web marketing, demand generation, and Generative Engine Optimization
- Strategic and tactical planning abilities to align customer journeys with organizational objectives and execute with precision
- Executive presence with ability to create executive presentations and white papers
- Virtual team leadership experience with strong networking and relationship management capabilities
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders from different organizations and levels
