Position Overview

As aProduction Controller, you will play a critical role in coordinating and tracking manufacturing activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely production. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold safety standards, maintain quality, and optimize workflow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations, including scheduling, planning, and managing work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods (FG).
  • Enhance production scheduling tools and improve WIP tracking systems.
  • Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper handling and protection of all parts.
  • Partner with enterprise planning teams to resolve floor shortages and inventory issues.
  • Support production leadership and project teams with updates and action items.
  • Communicate needs, constraints, and deliverables to management effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in production control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with SAP ERP/MES or similar MRP systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in aerospace, military, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of production control experience in a high-tech manufacturing setting.
  • Adaptable, proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn and improve systems.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Back Half Nights: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
  • Weeknight Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (flexible)

Note:All roles require daytime training for the first three weeks.
