Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team in a staff augmentation contractor role, designed to temporarily support and enhance the existing resources of a team due to increased workload. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with candidates located in EST or CST time zones required.
Responsibilities
- Support Unified and Product Support Services sellers and deal owners from deal setup and contract creation to contract processing, including facilitation of deal reviews, approvals, and signatory requirements.
- Deliver services following defined work instructions with high quality and within the defined Service Level Agreement targets.
- Conduct 70% transactional contract work, participate in 10% meetings, and handle 20% calls/miscellaneous tasks.
- Review business contracts for data extraction, formatting, and entry into business tools in conjunction with contract stakeholders.
- Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments.
- Coordinate contract reviews through meetings, conference calls, and email communications.
- Serve as a point of contact to educate the user community in the Contract Management Compliance Process.
- Perform a variety of complex administrative projects with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or division.
Essential Skills
- 4+ years of experience in contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Experience with internal tools and systems for contracts administration, negotiation, and management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with federal government contracting agencies is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment
This role is 100% remote, requiring candidates to work in EST or CST time zones. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Candidates will need to provide their own laptop, mouse, and headset.
