Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate, and deliver multiple infrastructure projects including networking, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure hardware deployments
- Engage with project requestors to define and agree on project scope, deliverables, and key milestones
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, project plans, timelines, and scope throughout the project lifecycle
- Build comprehensive project plans that define requirements, constraints, and criteria needed to deliver successful outcomes
- Negotiate with stakeholders to establish work schedules and lock commitments into the project timeline
- Identify and manage project risks by proposing and implementing mitigation measures with stakeholder support
- Manage the procurement and ordering of all hardware and circuits required to address project requirements
- Establish and maintain project communication plans to keep project teams informed of progress and key updates
- Manage deadlines and coordinate individuals to maintain delivery schedules for global information technology projects
- Oversee IT project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Work with and manage internal business partners and approved third-party vendor relationships in the delivery of projects and services
- Identify technical and security concerns and collaborate with appropriate groups to report and resolve issues
- Execute project plans against deliverables and provide regular communication on key milestones
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
- Make presentations to steering committees and project sponsors as needed
- Define test plans and ensure that products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing
- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
- Lead teams in the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs
- Procure project staff and provide coaching, motivation, and guidance to project resources
- 0-2 years of proven project management experience
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects such as networking, telecommunications, or hardware deployments
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- Project management experience with demonstrated success in IT infrastructure projects
- IT networking fundamentals with strong familiarity with networking concepts, network hardware, and equipment functionality
- Experience with Azure DevOps high preferred.
Layer 1 cabling and cable plant expertise with hands-on experience in wired and wireless data cabling and physical infrastructure standards - Technical documentation and infrastructure interpretation skills, including the ability to read building floor plans, cable jack matrices, switch port mappings, and cable room layouts
- Familiarity with project management tools to create, submit, and track engineering requests
- People management and team building capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in exercising judgment in changing environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Quick learning capability for business processes and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Risk assessment abilities and application of management principles to technology applications and business functions
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments
- Budget management and cost control expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation skills for executive-level audiences

- Pay Range*: $41 - $46.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
