Summary:
This position plays a critical role in supporting workforce planning and operational efficiency within a high-growth data center infrastructure environment. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between multiple business units, managing the intricate processes of headcount tracking, attrition monitoring, and backfill coordination. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex internal systems while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and confidentiality. Working closely with human resources and finance teams, this individual will ensure seamless headcount operations through meticulous documentation, proactive budget monitoring, and strategic process management. Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain communication channels across business units and project teams to ensure seamless information flow
- Track and document attrition patterns while coordinating end-to-end backfill processes with human resources partners
- Manage headcount requests and maintain accurate records within internal tracking systems and tools
- Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures while tracking transaction controls against established budgets
- Predict potential budget overruns and develop proactive solutions to address financial concerns
- Maintain storage and retrieval systems for all project communications data and business metrics
- Establish and document business processes to support workforce planning activities
- Support ad hoc projects related to finance and headcount management as business needs arise
- Validate backfill and attrition details in partnership with human resources and workforce planning teams
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with requirements elicitation and documentation
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with data analysis and reporting
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with process analysis and stakeholder translation
- Previous experience supporting headcount, human resources, finance, or administrative processes
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new internal tools and systems quickly
- Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or related field required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis
- Experience with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning and resource allocation
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to budget management and financial tracking
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Capability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation including business requirements and user stories
- Proficiency in process analysis and stakeholder translation including process mapping
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and operational requirements
- Experience with gap analysis and trend analysis to support decision-making
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 6 months
- Pay Range*: $35 - $39.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
