One of the largest Healthcare Providers in the Pacific Northwest is interested in hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support their Open Enrollment team in Washington. Candidates will be picking up their remote equipment and must live locally to Spokane or Renton to be eligible!
Description
- Resolve complaints and inquires and provide information to members, prospective members, providers, other insurance carriers, agents and brokers, attorneys, employer groups and other member or provider representatives in writing, in person and over the telephone.
- Issues may be health plan related (e.g. medical coverage, claims, referrals, eligibility) or delivery system issues (e.g., appointment access, medical center service complaints, physician selection, fee quotes, patient billing issues)
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1 year of high volume call center experience and having worked from home before
- Call center experience in a health care or insurance environment preferred
