Job Summary:

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing critical support to senior leadership within a key business area. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner and strategic coordinator, managing complex schedules, facilitating seamless communication, and ensuring operational excellence across all administrative functions. Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
• Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, requests, and meeting invitations to ensure appropriate urgency and response times
• Track ongoing priorities, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and follow-through
• Act as proxy for the executive when necessary, making decisions and taking action on their behalf
• Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Process and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and attention to company policies
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and materials for meetings and strategic initiatives
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and action items with minimal supervision
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
• Maintain confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity

Qualifications:
• Previous experience supporting executive-level leadership
• Demonstrated track record in administrative support roles
• Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating across multiple stakeholders

Additional Details:
  • Location: Seattle, WA
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Pay Range*: $38 - $41 per hour
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
  • Job Status: Non-Exempt
