A Consumer Electronics company in Redmond, WA is hiring a Service Desk Technician to join the team for a great opportunity!
Job Info & Qualifications:
- This is an End User Support Technician meaning that you will handle customer issues in person, via phone, via email, etc. Need to have had previous experience within complex troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to Windows, MS Office, etc.
- Corporate Service Desk - Worked in a corporate Service Desk role prior. Preferably 2-3 years of experience. Coming from true service desk experience. Not just apart of a service desk and only duty was repurposing computers.
- Windows 11 / MS Office - Strong knowledge in this area for troubleshooting.
- Active Directory - Password resets, account creation. Adding group memberships. Knowing how to move objects around within active directory to different OU's and manage group memberships.
- Intune - Basic understanding of how this tool works.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
