Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sourcing Recruiter who is passionate about building effective sourcing strategies. Must demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone or other channels to identify and attract the best Pharmacists in the world.
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent research and hunting skills to identify and attract top talent, particularly pharmacists, through various channels such as the internet and phone. You will conduct interviews within the framework of position specifications, screen candidates efficiently, and prepare a candidate slate within appropriate timelines. Mastery of internal ATS and CRM systems is essential to network with passive candidates and work closely with hiring managers to create robust sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing top talent.
- Conduct research and utilize internet and phone channels to identify potential candidates.
- Interview candidates and prepare a candidate slate within specified timelines.
- Master internal ATS and CRM systems for efficient candidate tracking.
- Network with passive candidates and build ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Manage customer and partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Implement new processes and refine standard recruiting procedures to align with the company's mission.
- Articulate plans with deliverable timelines and maintain a formal tracking process.
- Participate in special projects and sourcing initiatives, including the assessment of best practices in talent evaluation and sourcing techniques.
Essential Skills
