Hiring multiple HR Specialists for large tech company in Seattle!

Job Description

This role is perfect for a candidate who can demonstrate excellent judgment in managing sophisticated background check reviews while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will spearhead projects aimed at improving screening processes, generate operational reports, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units. The ability to navigate ambiguity, exhibit strong analytical skills, and achieve results in a dynamic environment is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Lead resolution of complex background check scenarios requiring advanced analysis
  • Develop and document new screening requirements and processes
  • Create and maintain operational reporting for program effectiveness
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance screening programs
  • Guide team members on complex case handling
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and program communications

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience executing complex operations requiring high judgment
  • Ability to lead successful process improvement initiatives

Work Environment

After a comprehensive onsite training lasting approximately three weeks, this position will transition to a primarily remote role. The initial training period will be conducted in-office to ensure thorough onboarding.
