Job Summary:

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative recruiting team supporting a dynamic healthcare organization following a major acquisition. The successful candidate will play a critical role in attracting and hiring clinical professionals, including Nurse Practitioners and Physicians, who provide direct patient care. This role requires a seasoned recruiting professional who can navigate the complexities of healthcare talent acquisition while working closely with operational leaders across multiple regions. The position demands someone who can exercise independent judgment, demonstrate creativity in sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate identification through onboarding. With a standard Monday through Friday schedule and no overtime or weekend requirements, this role provides work-life balance while offering the challenge of executive-level and hard-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for clinical and healthcare positions
• Conduct comprehensive reference checks and background verifications for potential hires
• Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
• Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes
• Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes
• Collaborate with operational leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Utilize recruiting strategies to identify passive and active candidates in the healthcare sector
• Manage complex and executive-level recruitment searches
• Lead and direct the work of others as needed
• Plan and accomplish recruitment goals with minimal supervision

Skills:
• Healthcare recruiting experience with a minimum of one year
• Proficiency with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
• Expertise in hard-to-fill and executive recruiting
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reference checking and offer negotiation abilities
• Ability to exercise creativity and independent judgment
• Organizational and time management skills
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams

Previous Experience:
• Five to eight years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Demonstrated success in healthcare talent acquisition
• Familiarity with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required

  • Pay Range*: $47- $50 per hour
