We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter III with a focus on the Legal and Public Policy sectors. This role requires an individual who can independently source and identify talent pipelines for critical roles, while working closely with hiring teams to understand candidate profiles and build quality candidate pools. Prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred. The role relies on extensive experience and judgment to achieve goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify talent pipelines for critical roles within Legal and Public Policy sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates.
- Perform a variety of tasks, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Engage in passive sourcing and candidate communication.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with hiring managers and business partners.
- Focus on high-level roles within legal and public policy.
Essential Skills
- Extensive recruiting experience, particularly in the legal industry.
- Ability to source candidates for legal and public policy roles.
- Strong experience in corporate customer engagement.
- Demonstrable functional and legal sourcing experience.
- Clear delivery and progression at a single company.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ownership mindset and ability to deliver results.
- High standards in recruiting processes.
- Legal sourcing exp is a plus.
Work Environment
This position requires a commitment to working 100% onsite in Seattle or Arlington, Monday through Friday, for a total of 40 hours per week. There are no holiday shifts. The typical workday involves 40% passive sourcing, 35% candidate interaction, and 5% collaboration with hiring managers.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.
