Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of complex background check scenarios requiring advanced analysis
- Develop and document new screening requirements and processes
- Create and maintain operational reporting for program effectiveness
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance screening programs
- Guide team members on complex case handling
- Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage stakeholder relationships and program communications

Work Environment
