We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to lead complex background screening reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a passion for process improvement. You’ll drive key initiatives, produce operational insights, and collaborate across departments to enhance our screening programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve intricate background check cases requiring high-level analysis and discretion
  • Design and document new screening protocols and compliance workflows
  • Develop and maintain reports to measure program performance and effectiveness
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance screening processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align screening practices with business needs
  • Provide guidance and mentorship on complex case handling
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions
  • Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong program visibility

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex operational tasks with sound judgment
  • Proven track record of leading successful process improvement efforts
  • Strong collaboration skills across diverse business units
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous or evolving situations

Preferred Qualifications
