Job Description

We are seeking multiple sourcing recruiters to support recruiting efforts on our team. This role focuses primarily on top-of-funnel sourcing and requires a metrics-driven individual who can deliver high output.

Responsibilities

• Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.
• Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelines
• Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
• Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.

Required Skills

• Experience in non technical OR technical sourcing, ideally between 0-3 years.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems.
• Strong recruiting skills with a focus on metrics-driven approaches.
• Bachelors degree
