A globally recognized Coffee Company, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is currently hiring for a Sr. Replenishment Planner opportunity. This opportunity requires allocation experience along with inventory replenishment experience. This opportunity contributes to the company's success by leading the development of assignment business units' inventory forecasts, which drive the planning process that supports the attainment of sales forecasts and established customer service objectives.
Position - Sr. Replenishment Planner
Pay - $24/hr. - $28/hr. (Depending on overall relevant qualifications, industry, tenure...etc.)
Location - Seattle, WA (hybrid; 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Schedule – Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (40 Hours a Week)
Contract Duration – 6 Months (Possibility of extension or conversion, based on business need)

[Summary of Key Responsibilities]
- Sets inventory strategies and service level strategies; recommends optimum inventory levels and provides options to trade off cost vs. service level targets
- Partners with cross-functional teams to create strategies and implement assortment plan changes that reduce waste and increase margin.
- Identifies opportunities to improve store sales and implements appropriate inventory strategies through analysis, and recommends store-focused solutions to meet store sales and financial targets.
- Uses experience, insights, and data to anticipate trend shifts and put preventative measures in place.
- Coordinates with others in response to multiple, competing demands to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
- Understands the necessary audience, including leaders, and tailors communication to promote collaborative responses.
- Gathers inputs from cross-functional teams to craft collaborative messaging that accurately conveys complex situations.
[Qualification Requirements]
- 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain and planning environment.
- Inventory allocation experience required (for retail store allocation processes).
- Replenishment planning experience required.
- Oracle BI, O9, or IMS experience (Bonus).
- Industry experience within food & beverage, retail, and/or large matrixed organizations (Bonus).
- 4-year degree in supply chain or a related business field.
