Hiring for an onsite G&A (General & Administrative) Non-tech Recruiter/Sourcer for a well-known tech. company in Seattle!
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sourcer to identify and engage top talent (General/Administrative/Executive) roles for our organization. The ideal candidate will utilize various sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines and support our recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit for Executive Assistants, primarily for VP and Director level clients.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Search professional networks, job boards, and databases to find potential candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and qualify candidates against job requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and tracking systems.
- Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs.
- Build talent pools for current and future recruitment needs.
- Perform intakes and educate executives.
- Source Executive Assistant resumes for VP and Director level clients.
- Conduct intake with candidates and, if aligned, set up a phone screen, business phone screen, and onsite interview.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong Boolean search skills.
- Experience recruiting Executive Assistants is a nice-to-have.
- Ability to build Boolean searches, assess candidates, and ask the right questions during intakes to directors.
- Tenure is important; operate with minimal direction and demonstrate drive to self-solve.
- Agency background preferred.
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in systems, tools, and programs such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Work Environment
The position is on-site in Seattle, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Flexible start times may be available once acclimated to the team, with a requirement of 40 hours per week.
Compensation:$52
