Job Title: Recruiter II (Tech Sourcing)


Job Description

Join a dynamic recruiting team dedicated to supporting the growth of technical talent. As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter II, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for roles such as Software Development Engineers, Security Engineers, and Technical Program Managers. Responsibilities

  • Lead various hiring efforts to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a network of passive candidates, implementing ongoing relationship management.
  • Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Recommend ideas to improve the team and deliver high-quality results to customers.
  • Manage client relationships and act as an advisor to hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity.
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
  • Execute sourcing and performance goals within the team.
  • Adhere to internal company processes and service level agreements associated with all aspects of recruiting.
  • Manage all job postings, keeping positions current and active in recruiting systems.
  • Drive consistent messaging in protecting data integrity and effectively assess and screen candidates for position fit.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, particularly in technical recruiting.
  • Strong skills in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing.
  • Ability to prioritize and close searches against a timeline while meeting benchmarks and metrics.
  • Savvy in candidate generation for technical roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with process improvement and strategy development.
