As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter II, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for roles such as Software Development Engineers, Security Engineers, and Technical Program Managers. Responsibilities
- Lead various hiring efforts to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of passive candidates, implementing ongoing relationship management.
- Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas to improve the team and deliver high-quality results to customers.
- Manage client relationships and act as an advisor to hiring managers and interview teams.
- Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
- Execute sourcing and performance goals within the team.
- Adhere to internal company processes and service level agreements associated with all aspects of recruiting.
- Manage all job postings, keeping positions current and active in recruiting systems.
- Drive consistent messaging in protecting data integrity and effectively assess and screen candidates for position fit.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, particularly in technical recruiting.
- Strong skills in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing.
- Ability to prioritize and close searches against a timeline while meeting benchmarks and metrics.
- Savvy in candidate generation for technical roles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with process improvement and strategy development.
