Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a talented technical team with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Utilize extensive experience in healthcare and hospital design to enhance project execution.
- Manage projects with a client-centered approach, ensuring seamless execution.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Mentor and guide local staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience in healthcare and hospital design.
- Proficiency in Revit and design software.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentorship.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in life sciences.
- Established network, or the ability to develop strong client relationships in the Seattle healthcare market.
Work Environment
The position is remote only within Seattle, emphasizing flexibility in the work environment. The company has been operating successfully for 60 years and is structured as an ESOP, V Corp, For Profit Company.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Compensation:$250000
