Job Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive comprehensive marketing and creative operations for a dynamic educational benefits program. The role combines strategic project management with hands-on creative execution, requiring someone who can seamlessly navigate between auditing existing materials, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and producing compelling visual content. You will serve as the central hub for all program collateral, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal across multiple platforms including digital sites, video content, internal wikis, and physical merchandise. This role demands a versatile professional who can manage complex workflows while maintaining creative excellence, working with both internal teams and external agencies to bring projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
• Audit all existing program collateral including websites, instructional videos, wiki content, and physical merchandise
• Create and maintain master tracking documents for all assets requiring updates
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement updates across all touchpoints
• Manage version control and approval workflows for all materials
• Update training and onboarding materials to reflect current program information
• Refresh instructional tutorial videos including graphics, lower thirds, and end cards
• Redesign wiki content templates and visual elements for improved user experience
• Update physical merchandise designs and coordinate production
• Build comprehensive template library including posters, one-sheets, and success story templates
• Create modular design system for future collateral needs and document usage guidelines
• Coordinate with facilities for shoot locations and logistics planning
• Source and schedule employee participants for video and photo casting
• Manage participant releases and documentation for all content featuring employees
• Coordinate with external agencies on shoot execution and deliverables
• Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as priorities emerge
• Provide project management and creative execution support across evolving program needs
Skills:
• Project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Creative proficiency and design sensibility
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing creative projects and agency relationships
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Express
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Video production and editing knowledge
• Template development and design system creation
• Documentation and process management
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or creative production
• Demonstrated experience balancing project management responsibilities with creative execution
• Track record of managing creative assets and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels
