Job Title: BIM Coordinator
Job Description
You will be responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be part of the Design team, focusing on managing data resources for AWS assets, including BIM files, Operational Maintenance Manuals, and other documents across the AWS data center portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate document submissions to the Global Library, ensuring compliance with AWS standards and industry best practices.
- Apply document management standards and protocols to various data sets within common data environments.
- Develop and maintain critical lifecycle documents for AWS portfolio assets, including researching missing resources on legacy sites.
- Coordinate with BIM Construction Design, Field Engineering, and Operations stakeholders on lifecycle documentation interfaces and usage.
- Provide technical support in Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing fields for customer requests regarding asset data, including conducting technical reports, impact assessments, and risk and opportunity statements.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of design/construction/operations experience, with 4+ years of experience managing and maintaining data resources.
- Excellent organizational skills in archival maintenance operations of project documents, including knowledge of ISO9001 or equivalent Quality Management System.
- Experience in the establishment and management of BIM VDC models, including orientation, geo-positioning, coordination, and model review setups.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling and drawing creation.
- Awareness of building systems (Electrical or Mechanical) in AMER.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while collaborating with a diverse and innovative team.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
