Job Description
We are looking for more full cycle recruiters that have experience working with Internal transfers and or Promotions. They will need to be
Comfortable working with hiring managers/stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical.
- Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelines
- Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
- Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.
- Stakeholder management
Required Skills
- Experience in non technical OR technical sourcing/recruiting
- Proficiency in using ATS systems.
- Strong recruiting skills with a focus on metrics-driven approaches.
- Bachelors degree
