Amazon are seeking a high-volume Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for our Direct Operations organization-ranging fromFulfillmentAssociates through Operations Managers. This role is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and focused on delivering ~50 hires per month through a combination of internal transfers and external closures.
You'll be a recruiting partner (not a sourcer), running structured processes, managing stakeholders, and driving final-stage activities (interviews, debriefs, offers) to consistently meet aggressive headcount goals.

What You'll Do
- Own high-volume recruiting for warehouse operations roles (Fulfillment Associates up to Operations Managers), with a target of ~50 hires/month.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define requirements, interview plans, and bar-raising criteria; guide them through final debriefs and offer decisions.
- Manage end-to-end process for internal and external hiring: interview scheduling, stakeholder alignment, compensation validation, offer approvals, and closing.
- Run structured, scalable processes that prioritize speed and quality over experimental profiles (e.g., steer away from tech-only backgrounds that historically underperform in this environment).
- Leverage the Hire ATS for requisition management, pipelines, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience and efficient communication throughout the process; keep pipelines fresh and moving.
- Track and report weekly hiring goals, pipeline health, time-to-fill, time-in-stage, and fallout; identify bottlenecks and drive resolution.
- Maintain process discipline and documentation integrity to support audits and operational readiness.
- Champion internal mobility-facilitate lateral moves and promotions with rigor and fairness.
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success filling hourly and frontline roles through structured, high-throughput recruiting processes.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (required); experience with Hire strongly preferred.
- Experience with CTM or similar shortlisting/automation tools for screening at scale.
- Proven ability to run final-stage processes: interview debriefs, leveling, compensation alignment, and offer management/closing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

- Pay Range*: $37 - $40 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
