Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sourcing Recruiter to join our Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you will focus on recruiting for diverse roles across the FGBS organization, building candidate pipelines, and developing productive partnerships. As a subject matter expert, you will leverage actionable insights to enhance candidate throughput and create lasting impacts.
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates through proactive market research and assess them against top talent and cultural leadership principles.
- Manage and prioritize searches to ensure delivery of well-qualified and diverse talent pipelines on time.
- Screen and attract top talent by assessing skills and qualifications, guiding them through the hiring process for success.
- Utilize exceptional candidate engagement techniques and pre-closing strategies to build rapport and impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Recruiting Business Partners to meet talent needs.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience, efficiently organizing, communicating, and prioritizing tasks while being customer-focused.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, candidate experience, and cycle times.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance recruiting.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems.
Work Environment
The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, requiring a strong sense of urgency and customer focus. Technologies and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems will be utilized to support recruitment efforts. It is essential to maintain effective communication and organization to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
