About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented and adaptable individuals to join our dynamic mailroom production team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and are committed to completing daily tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Falcon Red machine to open, extract, scan, and image incoming mail in a fluid, continuous motion.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout all tasks.
• Take scheduled lunches and breaks as required.
• Stay until daily production goals are met—this may result in shorter or longer workdays depending on workflow.
• Perform alpha-numeric and 10-key data entry with accuracy.
• Participate in cross-training to support various mailroom functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior mailroom experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a production-based environment.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to professionalism and reliability.

Experience Level:

Entry Level – No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
