Job Description

The role of a General Production Worker is essential to our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production and packaging of our products. Attendance is crucial to this role, and we offer a unique compensation model where you work 36 hours and receive compensation for 4 additional hours. Overtime is available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to prepare frozen dumplings for distribution.
• Inspect products for quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Weigh, label, and seal packages according to company specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
• Follow safety protocols and report any equipment or product issues.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packing, inventory, and packaging.
• General food production knowledge.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and handle materials efficiently.

Shift Timings?

Day shifts (Weekend) from 4am to 5pm, with 12 hours worked across 13 hours, including two meal breaks.

Work Environment

Work in a large-scale food manufacturing setting. We are expanding rapidly and are in need of skilled production workers with excellent attendance. The environment requires adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
