We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our management and staff. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations by managing administrative tasks and assisting various departments.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Support HR and project teams with administrative tasks.
- Support counter sales staff.
- Professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable.
- Experience with building suppliers.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in-person in Tacoma, WA, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. The work environment is professional and supportive, ensuring a productive and engaging atmosphere for all employees.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
