📌 About the Role

We’re seeking Enrollment Coordinators to support a high-impact project involving the transition of postal service members into Medicare coverage. This role is ideal for professionals who are analytical, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Research and process complex reconciliations for Medicare Advantage, Employer Group, and Individual accounts
  • Ensure compliance with CMS and OPM regulations
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in enrollment and billing data
  • Accurately process and track membership requests
  • Work with MARx systems to verify and enroll members
  • Collaborate with a team of detail-oriented coordinators to streamline enrollment processes

✅ Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree OR 2+ years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience
  • 1+ year in a health insurance or health plan setting
  • Computer literacy (40+ WPM typing speed)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to pass a federal identity verification (credit history check)

💡 Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with EPIC systems
  • Experience in Medicare managed care plans
  • Familiarity with membership and billing functions
