Custom Woodworking Operator

Pay Range: $25–$32 per hour

Location: Woodland, WA

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Custom Woodworking Operator to join our team. This role involves operating router equipment with a focus on 2.5-axis operations. Strong CAD/CAM expertise is highly desirable, as it plays a key role in troubleshooting, rework, and introducing new products into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 2.5-axis CNC router equipment for custom woodworking projects.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to resolve rework issues and support new product development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality output and efficient production processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Hands-on experience with CNC router equipment.
• Ability to work on custom woodworking projects with precision and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with 2-axis cutting equipment.
• Experience in woodworking.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM programs such as Fusion360 or SolidWorks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodland, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
