Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Member Service Representative. You’ll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support over the phone.
What You’ll Do
- Answer 75–125 inbound calls daily with professionalism and care
- Assist members with online/mobile banking, account inquiries, transactions, fraud concerns, and more
- Navigate multiple systems (up to 4 programs/screens) efficiently
- Conduct 30+ direct member discussions monthly and document interactions
- Review daily performance metrics and participate in call reviews
What You’ll Need
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills (40+ WPM typing speed)
- Financial industry experience is a plus
Schedule:
Part-Time (25 hours/week), Monday–Friday 11 AM–4 PM, every other Saturday 9 AM–12 PM
