Position Overview:

TEKsystems is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their client's hybrid service desk team. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, handling incoming calls, emails, and ticket management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve Level 1 support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system (17–35 calls/day)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC hardware, software, and telephony
  • Support and learn customized Salesforce applications, O365, SharePoint, and legacy systems
  • Provision and configure hardware/software
  • Maintain and update hardware tracking databases

Required Skills:

  • Minimum two years of IT Support experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience troubleshooting issues with hardware and software

Work Environment:

Hybrid position looking for candidates who can work onsite 2 - 3 days per week in Appleton

Compensation:$24
