Job Title: Sanitation Technician

Job Description

The sanitation technician is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment. This role requires performing these responsibilities safely, efficiently, and with professional standards.



Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of production equipment.
  • Efficiently disassemble and reassemble production equipment for proper cleaning.
  • Demonstrate awareness of the chemical properties and proper use of cleaning solutions.
  • Complete necessary reports, logs, and documentation related to job duties.

Essential Skills
  • Experience in sanitation and food manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
  • Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Capability to perform work within exact standards and tolerances.

Work Environment

The position offers opportunities for overtime, especially during the harvest season, along with opportunities for learning and growth within the facility. Working hours are Sunday through Thursday and some Fridays, with shifts from 4:00 am to 12:30 pm on Sundays, and 2:00 am to 10:30 am Monday through Thursday.



Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bear Creek, Wisconsin.



Compensation:$52000
