Job Description

The Test Technician will execute compliance tests, structural durability testing, and component testing, alongside collecting and analyzing data. Responsibilities include creating reports, documenting issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to develop solutions. The role also involves developing new testing methods and enhancing existing ones, with a focus on standard work and continuous improvement.

• Mechanical aptitude for building, assembling, and test setup.
• Ability to install instrumentation and collect data.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting test results.
• Familiarity with vibration analysis.
• Preferred experience in structural or fatigue testing.

Work Environment

The role involves working within a team structure where field testing and lab testing report to the Director of Reliability. The position includes remote testing opportunities in Florida and Michigan, with lab testing based in Wisconsin.
