Hiring for 1st and 2nd Shift Production Associates

Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer in the production of PCB/PCBA boards. You will have the opportunity to work in three key areas: SMT, PTH Insertion Machine, and assembly, contributing to the creation of high-quality electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into the SMT machine and monitor the SMT lines.
• Load and unload component reels, weighing up to 5lbs, and carts weighing 30lbs into the machine.
• Stop machines to thread reels and restart them as needed.
• Transition boards from the SMT line to the PTH line and ensure reels of components are fed into the machine.
• Ensure the solder paste remains full during the wave machine process.
• Mount completed PCB/PCBA boards into server boxes, following a build sheet on a computer screen.
• Use hand and power tools to secure assemblies and conduct pass/fail tests on server boxes.
• Document the movement of completed boxes in the designated pass/fail areas.

Work Environment

Work during the 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays and Sundays. You can also work during the 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays and Sundays. This ESD facility requires wearing smocks and heel straps (provided by the company).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledonia, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
