Job Description
This role involves providing supervision and leadership to skilled trades associates, ensuring the provision of production and facilities maintenance services at the Saukville plant in a safe, professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The position requires coordination with leadership of skilled trades associates from other departments in Power Systems, and vendors/contractors as needed. This is a first-shift position, requiring 40-45 hours per week, with possible additional time before/after shifts and on weekends to support operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead skilled trades associates.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production and facilities maintenance services.
- Coordinate with leadership from other departments and vendors/contractors as needed.
- Provide technical guidance in areas including fabrication, welding, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC.
- Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance tasks.

- Technical, Associates, or Bachelor’s Degree in Supervisory Management, Maintenance, Engineering, or related field
- Previous supervisory experience in maintenance or a related technical field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new programs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility
Work Environment
This position operates within the Saukville plant on a first-shift schedule, typically requiring 40-45 hours per week. The role may demand additional hours before or after shifts and on weekends to support the plant's operational needs. The work environment includes working with technical systems such as fabrication, welding, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment, and requires interpreting blueprints.
