Job Description

As a General Laborer you will play an essential role in the operation of Flexo machines as a machine operating assistant. Your duties will include feeding raw stock into the machines, which fold, stack, and package finished products. The role requires consistent lifting of 10-30 lbs and involves tasks that can vary daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating Flexo machines.
• Feed raw stock into machines.
• Manage the folding, stacking, and packaging of finished products.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Set up and load machines.
• Conduct general labor tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Proven longevity in previous positions.
• Inspection and packaging skills.
• Ability to consistently lift 10-30 lbs.
• Capability to stand for 8-10 hours per day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a noisy, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay

Enjoy an aggressive raise structure with 30, 180, and 360 day reviews in your first year. Raises typically average between $0.50-$1.00 per review.

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday ($17, with a $2 raise after 4 months)

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday ($17 + $1.25 shift premium, with a $2 raise after 4 months)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgerton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25/hr.
