What You’ll Do

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure seamless 3-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Support billing accuracy and customer payment tracking.
• Collaborate with HR to align payroll data with employee records, benefits, and compensation changes.
• Ensure payroll tax compliance and accurate reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Design and implement internal controls and process improvements.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, with a strong understanding of payroll and general ledger functions.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus Points

• Experience with payroll systems.
• Familiarity with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
