Systems Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role blends technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, including support, project management, and proactive system enhancements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support & Escalations (60%)
• Handle complex support tickets, on-call responsibilities, and mini to major service projects.
• Project Work (30%)
• Lead client onboarding, technical assessments, and project management from initiation to completion, including documentation and client training.
• Internal Enhancements (10%)
• Contribute to internal system improvements, automation initiatives, and proactive support strategies.
• Cross-Division Collaboration
• Support IT, networking, voice, and surveillance projects based on skillset and availability.
• Automation & Documentation
• Work with special project engineers to enhance automation tools (e.g., Automate), patch management, auto-fix functionality, and scripting. Ensure all work is thoroughly documented.
