Machine Operator

As a machine operator, you will be part of a team of skilled machinists equipped with an extensive array of CNC lathes and machining centers. You will work on a variety of precision machining, secondary machining, and sub-assembly projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery for both low and high-volume parts.

• Operate various CNC lathes and machining centers.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all machining projects.
• Maintain competitive pricing, exceptional quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Handle both low and high-volume parts with the same level of consistency.

• 1-2 years of experience operating a caliper/micrometer
• Machining
• CNC operation
• Micrometer
• Lathe operation
• Calipers

• 1-2 years of experience operating a Mill or Lathe is a plus
• Ability to show up on time each day
• Desire to learn and grow in the role

The facility spans 50,000 square feet, featuring 45,000 square feet of lean manufacturing space, a complete metrology lab, and an assembly/packaging room with fresh, positive airflow. The shipping area adds an additional 8,000 square feet, primarily for just-in-time bar stock and raw material inventory. The entire manufacturing area is air-conditioned, bright, and spacious. Employees can enjoy a spacious locker area and a second-story kitchen/lounge overlooking the plant, fostering a clean and safe work environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fond Du Lac, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
