Job Title: Product Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Product Assembler where you will work on our new product line, consisting of six stations. Each station handles 2-3 steps of the assembly process. Your responsibilities will include putting pieces together and securing them with a drill or torque wrench. The final station involves testing the completed assemblies, followed by packaging and palletizing the finished product. The heaviest item you will handle is 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the new product line across six assembly stations.
  • Assemble product components and secure them using a drill or torque wrench.
  • Conduct final testing of completed assemblies to ensure quality.
  • Package and palletize the finished product for shipment.

Essential Skills

  • 1 year of assembly experience.
  • 1 year of experience using a drill or torque wrench.
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
  • Proficiency in using an iPad.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with assembly, electrical components, and reading blueprints.
  • Familiarity with schematics, wiring, crimping, and soldering.

Work Environment

You will work the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in an extremely clean, well-lit facility that is climate controlled. Employees are required to wear jeans, steel toe boots, and a t-shirt without obscene graphics. The facility offers free soda and water for all employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKSVILLE, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
