Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Job Description
You will be working in a metal fabrication shop to complete welding work on frameworks and structural components for the industrial and commercial construction industries. Job duties include but are not limited too: frameworks pulp and paper production machinery, frameworks for material handling equipment, custom containers, and other enclosures. You will be given an opportunity to get a State of Wisconsin and AWS welding certifications through the company.
** If interested, you will also be given the opportunity to assist with custom fabrication and installations in the field **
Responsibilities
- Work from blueprints and engineered drawings to ensure work is completed to specifications
- MIG and FCAW weld structural materials
- TIG weld stainless materials for a variety projects
- Fit and tack weld parts into place prior to finishing welds
- Utilizing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of welding experience highly preferred
- 1 year of MIG, FCAW, or other structural welding welding experience required
- Experience with TIG welding processes preferred
- Experience working from blueprints and weld symbols required

Work Environment
Our facility operates on a first shift with the flexibility of either a 4x10 schedule or a 5X8's Monday - Friday schedule.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
