Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Compounding Operator to produce batches of coatings and paints. You will follow Batch Tickets to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.

Responsibilities

• Produce batches of coatings and paints according to specifications.
• Follow Batch Ticket instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Engage in chemical mixing, blending, and compounding processes.
• Maintain accurate Batch records and adhere to GMP standards.

Essential Skills

• Experience in batching, blending, or manufacturing of liquid-based products.
• Ability to follow detailed Batch Ticket instructions.
• Positive attendance record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with chemical operation and manufacturing.
• Skills in batch mixing and chemical blending.

Work Environment

The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for voluntary overtime, allowing employees to work up to 80 hours a week if desired. Shifts available are 1st Shift from Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 2nd Shift from Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Training for all shifts will occur from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for one week. Employees can enjoy almost unlimited overtime for those eager to maximize their hours.
