Healthcare Sales Associate

Location: Onsite – Greenfield, WI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused DME Intake Specialist to join our team in Greenfield. This role involves direct interaction with patients and healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and billing for medical equipment. The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both administrative and hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and patient-facing support
• Verify insurance information and ensure proper documentation for billing
• Review prescriptions and supporting chart notes for completeness and accuracy
• Follow up with physicians to obtain missing documentation
• Educate patients on medical equipment usage (e.g., walkers, bath safety, mobility aids)
• Unpack and assemble medical equipment (must be able to lift up to 25 lbs)
• Enter patient demographics and sales orders into system
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal documentation standards

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Accurate and efficient data entry (must pass typing test)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light assembly work

On-Call Rotation:

• Approximately 3–4 days/month, including rotating holidays
• On-call hours:
  • Weekdays: 5 PM–8 PM
  • Saturdays: 8 AM–8 PM
  • Sundays: 8 AM–5 PM
• Compensation includes hourly pay for time worked plus a stipend:
  • $30 for weekdays
  • $100 for Saturdays
  • $75 for Sundays
