.Job Title: Sr Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional development teams to deliver products from requirements definition through system architecture, detailed design, integration, validation, and production release.
- Design and develop reliable electronic circuits and assemblies for embedded systems used in harsh or regulated environments.
- Perform schematic capture and oversee PCB layout, ensuring DFM, DFT, and signal integrity best practices are followed.
- Conduct technical design reviews and provide critical input across electrical and mechanical domains.
- Ensure designs meet applicable EMI/EMC, functional safety, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and system-level issues and perform structured root cause analysis using established methodologies.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to support DFM initiatives and transition new designs into production.
- Support field and production issues, including failure analysis and corrective actions.
This is a Permanent position based out of Hartford, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
