Job Title: Quality Control Chemist
Job Description
The Quality Control Chemist will support the production of a critical component in cancer treatment. The role involves setting up and performing daily assays for both the final API product and raw materials, drafting method validation documents, and executing and drafting final reports. The chemist will also perform validation and calibration on equipment, work with HPLC and Mass Spectrometry, and assist in installing a LIMS system. The position requires spending 60% of the time in the lab and 40% in the office analyzing and collecting data.
Responsibilities
- Set up and perform daily assays for final API product and raw materials.
- Draft method validation documents and execute and draft final reports.
- Perform validation and calibration on equipment.
- Run HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.
- Assist in the installation of a LIMS system.
- Analyze and collect data in a laboratory and office setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as analytical chemistry.
- 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or radiopharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of HPLC and ICP-MS instrumentation.
Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
