Enamel Cell Operator
Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI Competitive Compensation: Starting at $27.90 per hour Shift: 1st Shift; 6:00AM-2:00PM plus overtime We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator (Tub Cell) to join our team in Cast Iron. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Safeguard, inspect, and pack tubs, receptors, and combos in the enamel shop tub cell. Operate forklifts, hand trucks and electric pallet trucks to move ware, finished product and packaging materials. Change tub frames. Change waste bags in the basement. Learn both outside and inside manual enameling. Must be capable upon training of enameling inside or outside on tubs, receptors and combos. Perform daily safety inspections, 5S, and clean up in the work area. Must not be color blind; must pass a vision test. Ability to operate a forklift, pallet trucks and hand trucks required. Lifting requirements are up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Skills/Requirements
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
