General Production Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assisting with production, packaging, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment according to established procedures
• Assist in the mixing, processing, and preparation of food products
• Monitor product quality and follow company food safety standards
• Inspect finished goods for accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and production lines
• Follow all safety policies, including PPE requirements and sanitation protocols
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Complete required production documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Understanding of basic safety and hygiene procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.36 - $23.59/hr.
